You have 30 calendar days (from the date product was received) to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in sellable condition. Your item must be in the original packaging and include your original sales receipt or proof of purchase. Returned product must be accompanied with a completed RMA form (included with the packing slip when the product ships or available for download here).
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspection, we will promptly notify you on the status of our refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 15 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If you are not due a refund, we will return your product to you within 15 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the amount of the original shipping will be deducted from the amount charged to your card. Thus, your refund will be for the cost of goods only, not the shipping.
